According to MHN Sports’ investigation, multiple wedding industry insiders confirmed that Ha Jung-woo plans to hold his wedding ceremony around July. His bride-to-be is said to be a non-celebrity, and the ceremony is likely to take place privately at a location in Seoul.
Ha Jung-woo’s father, veteran actor Kim Yong-gun, also acknowledged the news. In a phone call with reporters on February 4, he stated, “They are getting married because they love each other. Thank you for the congratulations.”
A wedding hall official shared, “Ha Jung-woo’s side has recently visited several wedding venues in Seoul in person,” adding that he appeared to carefully check guest capacity, layout, and security. Another industry source also confirmed, “While the exact date has not been finalized, it is true that discussions have taken place around a time frame in or around July.”
However, Ha Jung-woo responded to the report on the same day through Sports Chosun, firmly clarifying his position. He stated, “I only mentioned that if I were to get married, I might consider doing it in the summer. Nothing has been decided yet.” He continued, “The July wedding seems to be something my father mentioned. I had simply said that I would like to get married in the summer with my girlfriend, but there are no concrete plans at this point.”
Known for maintaining strict privacy, Ha Jung-woo has long focused on his acting career while avoiding public discussion of his personal life.
