lee jungha marine corps enlistment moving season 2

Lee Jung-ha entered the Marine Corps Training Regiment on January 26 without holding any separate enlistment event. After completing his basic military training, he will serve for approximately 18 months and is scheduled to be discharged on July 25, 2027.

Previously, in December 2025, his agency Namoo Actors confirmed that Lee Jung-ha had been accepted into the Marine Corps, stating, “We sincerely thank everyone for the unwavering love shown to Lee Jung-ha. We ask for your warm support until the day he returns after faithfully completing his service, having grown even more.”

At the same time, the agency announced that Lee Jung-ha would not be able to participate in the upcoming Disney+ original series Moving Season 2. Lee received widespread praise and popularity for his role as Kim Bong-seok in Moving, but due to his enlistment, the production team is reportedly casting another actor for the character. Filming for Season 2 is said to be targeting a summer start.

Lee Jung-ha made his debut in 2017 through the web drama Heart Attack Warning and gradually built recognition with roles in MBC’s Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung (2019), Run On (2020), and Nevertheless (2021). He also appeared on KBS2’s idol audition program The Unit: Idol Rebooting Project in 2017.

Following the massive success of Moving, Lee remained highly active up until his enlistment, starring in tvN’s The Auditors (2024), ONE: High School Heroes (2025), and ENA’s Heroes Next Door (2025). Fans now look forward to his return, anticipating an even more mature presence after completing his military service.
