On December 23, a video titled “Types of People It’s Hard to Work With | Kill Villain EP03” was released on the YouTube channel Gangnam Unnie. The episode featured Go Joon Hee alongside Kim Won Hoon, Pungja, and Ahn Ji Min as they exchanged personal stories under the theme of “the worst workplace villains.”
During the discussion, Pungja posed a provocative question: “Who’s better a junior who’s rude but good at their job, or a kind junior who’s terrible at work?” She then jokingly reenacted an ill-mannered junior scolding a senior, saying, “Is that supposed to be comedy? If you’re going to joke like that, don’t even talk about ‘Gag Concert.’” The exaggerated role-play drew laughter, with Go Joon Hee chiming in, “Don’t even say you’re from the same agency,” adding to the skit.
Kim Won Hoon fired back in character, “Why don’t you practice acting, senior? I can’t immerse myself emotionally when we rehearse together.” At that moment, Go Joon Hee surprised everyone by saying, “I’ve actually experienced something exactly like this,” revealing that the situation wasn’t just a joke.

She went on to explain, “The other actress made an NG herself, but then turned to me and said, ‘Joon Hee, pronounce your lines properly.’ She made it seem like the mistake was mine.” Go Joon Hee added that she finally confronted the actress at the wrap-up party, telling her bluntly, “Don’t live like that.”
According to Go Joon Hee, the actress appeared flustered and asked what she meant before trailing off with vague comments about acting. “Later, I found out that she didn’t just act that way toward me,” Go Joon Hee revealed. “She behaved similarly on other projects and toward other actors as well.”
She continued, “Some of the actors who heard those comments were so taken aback that they genuinely started questioning themselves, wondering, ‘Am I really bad at acting?’” Her revelation left a lingering sense of discomfort, highlighting how careless words on set can deeply affect fellow performers.
Go Joon Hee’s honest account resonated with viewers, shedding light on the often unseen emotional challenges actors face behind the camera and sparking conversations about professionalism and respect in the workplace.
