Jun Hyun Moo has become the latest public figure entangled in the growing “Injection Aunt” controversy that has rocked the South Korean entertainment industry. What began with comedian Park Na Rae now appears to be extending to other celebrities, including SHINee’s Key and popular mukbang YouTuber Short-Mouth Sun. Now, a photo of Jun receiving an IV drip in a car has reignited suspicions.

The image in question, taken from an earlier episode of MBC’s I Live Alone, has recently gone viral on online communities. In the broadcast, Jun Hyun Moo is shown receiving an IV drip while on the move in a vehicle framed at the time as a sign of his hectic schedule. However, in light of the ongoing scandal, viewers are revisiting the scene with a more critical eye.

The core issue stems from accusations that several celebrities received unlicensed medical treatment from a woman referred to as “Injection Aunt” (A), who reportedly administered IV drips, sleeping pills, and antidepressants illegally. These actions, especially when performed outside of certified medical institutions, are clear violations of South Korea’s medical laws.

Though YouTuber Lee Jin Ho previously claimed that Jun Hyun Moo, Jang Do Yeon, and Jung Jae Hyung were not involved with A, the resurfacing of the I Live Alone scene has cast fresh doubts. While no direct evidence has linked Jun to A, the timing and nature of the scene have fueled online speculation.

The scandal continues to spread through the entertainment world. After Park Na Rae’s alleged ties to A were exposed, SHINee’s Key stepped down from all broadcasting activities, and YouTuber Short-Mouth Sun recently issued a public apology. Short-Mouth Sun admitted to using IV drips, prescription medication, and medical devices allegedly provided by A to aid her weight loss efforts.

As the “Injection Aunt” investigation unfolds, more celebrities may come under scrutiny, and questions remain about how widespread this unauthorized treatment may be within the industry.
