The video captured scenes from his milestone concert, attended by close colleagues who came to celebrate the occasion.
Toward the end of the concert, Kim Jong Kook addressed his fans, saying, “I’m incredibly thankful for the cheers, encouragement, and kind words you’ve given me today. Having spent 30 years in the entertainment industry, there have certainly been personal ups and downs, but I’m proud to have made it this far.”
Reflecting on his journey, he added, “Over the years, I’ve witnessed many facets of being loved by the public. I’ve often told myself, ‘This is something I shouldn’t do,’ and tried to live accordingly.”
However, Kim also admitted that he hasn’t always lived up to expectations: “Despite my efforts, there are times in life when I unintentionally disappoint people. Sometimes it’s due to overlooking small details or things I hadn’t considered.”
He concluded with humility, saying, “I’ll continue treating all of life’s experiences as lessons and promise to keep doing my best moving forward.”
The concert took place shortly after Kim made headlines for holding a secret wedding with a non-celebrity, surprising many fans and sparking widespread curiosity online.
