On October 7, SBS Catch’s official YouTube channel released a video titled “Is This Game Always Like That? Choi Woo-shik x Jung So-min’s Balance Game with Their ‘Selfish Lovers’!”
In the clip, Jung So-min and co-star Choi Woo-shik who appear together in the upcoming SBS drama Would You Marry Me took part in a playful “Balance Game,” revealing their relationship preferences and personal views on love.
When asked to choose between “a love that feels exciting every day” and “a love that feels comfortable like friendship,” Jung So-min didn’t hesitate.
“I prefer a relationship that feels comfortable, like being with a friend,” she said.

Choi Woo-shik, however, chose the opposite option, saying: “Even if it’s exciting every day, you can still be comfortable like friends. But if it’s just comfortable without any excitement, that’s boring.”
Jung So-min smiled and explained her reasoning: “I think the opposite. Comfort is what matters most to me. You can still have moments of excitement within that. But if it’s too intense all the time, I get exhausted.”
The two also discussed their ideal type when it comes to communication in relationships.
Asked to choose between “a partner who speaks bluntly” and “a partner who talks in circles,” both chose the first.
Choi Woo-shik said, “If someone keeps beating around the bush, I can’t figure out what they really mean.” Jung So-min agreed, “That would just be tiring.”
For the question “a partner who’s always honest vs. one who lies out of kindness,” both again chose honesty.
“If they’re honest, I can filter what I hear,” Jung So-min explained. “ But people have different standards for what ‘kindness’ means. What they think is considerate might actually just be lying.”
Jung So-min and Choi Woo-shik will soon reunite on screen in Would You Marry Me, a romantic comedy about two people who enter a 90-day fake marriage to win a luxury newlywed apartment.
The series premieres on October 10 at 9:50 PM (KST) on SBS.
