Actor Song Kang (31) officially completed his 18-month military service and was discharged as a sergeant on the morning of October 1.
Outside his unit, Song greeted fans who had been waiting to celebrate his return. Despite wearing black-rimmed glasses and sporting a short haircut, his fair, flawless complexion stood out. Sitting in the backseat of a black car, he flashed a mischievous smile and saluted warmly, offering heartfelt fan service to those who had patiently waited a year and a half for his return.

Song enlisted in April last year and maintained a sincere attitude throughout his service. He participated in promotional content for the Ministry of National Defense’s counseling center and was even spotted enjoying leave time with BTS’s V, giving fans glimpses of his cheerful military life.
Now discharged, Song Kang is set to make a swift comeback with the drama Four Hands, a story inspired by the piano term referring to two people playing one piano together. He will take on the role of a piano prodigy with both sharp and delicate charm, signaling a more mature stage in his acting career. Anticipation is high to see the new facets he will reveal through this project.
