On September 22, Coupang Play’s YouTube channel released a teaser for Office Workers Season 2. The show is a spinoff of SNL Korea’s popular “MZ Office” segment and depicts a fake documentary-style survival story about quirky office workers, star clients, and marketing schemes.
Appearing as DY Planning’s new promotional model, Lee Sun Bin received various tongue-in-cheek suggestions to revamp her image. One staff member, Cha Jung Won, stunned her by saying, “I recommend a breakup with Lee Kwang Soo,” implying that separating—even temporarily could boost noise marketing impact.
Laughing in disbelief, Lee Sun Bin asked, “So you mean just for the six-month contract period?” Yet Cha insisted that “some people even agree to staged relationships for marketing purposes.” Kim Won Hoon added, “Both of you are great actors, so it’s possible,” which made Lee respond with an awkward smile.

The humor escalated when the team suggested unfollowing Lee Kwang Soo on social media and posting a cryptic story caption like “Interesting,” referencing Hyeri’s past controversy. Another playful idea was to follow a different male actor and become the “Kwang Soo Killer.” Lee Sun Bin jokingly asked, “Do I just need his permission for that?” sparking further laughter.
Despite the comedic setup, Lee expressed concern: “Won’t I just be left with controversy?” The team pressed her to embrace bolder marketing, with Kim Won Hoon even quipping, “Our CEO also did noise marketing, handled the aftermath, and is doing fine.”
Lee Sun Bin and Lee Kwang Soo first met on SBS’s Running Man in 2016 and began dating in 2018, overcoming their nine-year age gap. The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in December 2018, saying they had been together for five months at the time.
