According to industry sources, Honey Lee gave birth to a healthy baby girl late at night on August 24, exactly on her due date. Both mother and daughter are reportedly in good health. This marks her second child since marrying a non-celebrity partner in 2021, and welcoming their first daughter in June 2022.
On August 25, her agency Team HOPE confirmed in a phone interview with Dispatch, saying, “Honey Lee gave birth to a daughter on the 24th. Both the mother and baby are healthy.” A representative added, “She is recovering well with her family’s care. We sincerely thank everyone who has shown their support, and we ask for your continued blessings and love.”
What’s particularly inspiring is Lee Honey’s unwavering commitment to her work—even during late pregnancy. On August 18, she appeared visibly pregnant at the press conference for the Netflix original series Aema (애마) held at Hotel Naru MGallery in Seoul. Just days ahead of delivery, she engaged in video interviews with the media to promote the series, showcasing her deep affection and sense of responsibility for the project.
