The Genie TV original drama My Troublesome Star, which premiered on August 18, has quickly become a trending topic. The series features the much-anticipated reunion of Uhm Jung Hwa and Song Seung Heon, marking their first collaboration in a decade since the film Wonderful Nightmare.
The drama tells the story of top star Im Se Ra, who wakes up after a car accident only to realize she’s lost 25 years of memory and has become an ordinary middle-aged woman named Bong Cheong Ja. As she struggles to navigate a life she no longer recognizes, the mystery of her missing 25 years deepens with every episode.
