On August 14, Netflix Korea unveiled the official teaser for Romantics Anonymous, instantly igniting excitement among fans in both countries.
The teaser begins with Oguri Shun’s line, “It would be troublesome if you fell for me,” met with’s firm reply, “No, that will never happen.” Just a few seconds were enough to highlight the duo’s fresh chemistry.
The drama is based on the 2010 French film Romantics Anonymous, a heartfelt romance about two socially awkward individuals who connect through their shared love of chocolate. In this adaptation, Oguri Shun plays Sosuke Fujiwara, a perfectionist heir to a confectionery company with extreme OCD, while Han Hyo-joo takes on the role of Lee Hana, a genius chocolatier struggling with social anxiety.

Directed by Sho Tsukikawa, best known for Let Me Eat Your Pancreas, and written by Korean screenwriter Kim Ji-hyun, the series promises a unique blend of Japanese cinematic visuals and Korean emotional storytelling.
Adding to the charm, the teaser features a Japanese remake of Park Hye-kyung’s iconic ballad “Confession”, offering a nostalgic yet refreshing musical touch for Korean and Japanese viewers alike.
