According to the agency Ascend, Wendy will participate in “SM CLASSIC LIVE 2025 in SEOUL” held at Lotte Concert Hall on August 23 and 24. This concert series reinterprets iconic SM hits through orchestral arrangements and is part of SM’s acclaimed “SM CLASSIC LIVE” brand.
A Return to the Classic Stage
Earlier this year, Wendy captivated audiences during the February edition of the concert, performing her solo songs “Like Water” and “When This Rain Stops” alongside the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. Her soaring vocals combined with the depth of classical instrumentation offered a fresh and emotional twist to her already beloved tracks.
Building on that success, Wendy will return to the upcoming August concert, performing two songs: “Like Water” and “The Road”. This marks the first time “The Road” will be presented with a full orchestral arrangement, promising a rich musical experience.

The concert will be conducted by Cha Woong, artistic director of the Pohang City Symphony Orchestra, and will feature the SM Classics TOWN Orchestra.
