Recently, Luhan, who was formerly a member of EXO, started a live broadcast when clearly intoxicated. Here, the male idol-actor could be heard cursing and even raised his middle finger towards the viewers several times.

On January 6, following the drunk livestream incident, the official Weibo account of LuHan Situation published an apology on Luhan’s behalf for such behavior, describing the idol-actor’s actions as setting “a poor example”.

The full statement is as below:
“On behalf of Mr. Lu Han, we issue the following apology:
During the live broadcast, I set a poor example and hereby extend my sincerest apology. I will actively work to eliminate the adverse social influence caused by my behavior and embrace the social responsibilities that an artist should bear. From here on forth, I will hold myself to stricter standards of conduct and show my remorse to everyone through concrete actions. Once again, I extend my sincerest apologies to everyone.
Luhan, January 6th, 2025”
However, as of January 7, the SNS accounts on Luhan on Chinese social media platforms, including Weibo, are still blocked (meaning that other users are unable to follow the accounts).
