Han So-hee’s Drama Casting Offer & CF Contracts Transferred To Suzy After Dating Scandal
It seems difficult for actress Han So-hee to recover her image that has been damaged by her recent dating controversy
After dating rumors arose due to witnesses in Hawaii, Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol admitted to their romance and began dating publicly in March this year. At that time, Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-lover Hyeri’s meaningful SNS post caused netizens to raise speculations about a transit love and sparked a conflict between Han So-hee and Hyeri. While Ryu Jun-yeol decided to stay silent, Han So-hee made posts on her personal blog, denying the transit love allegation and attacking Hyeri.
In the end, Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol broke up 15 days after they started dating. Their romance is short but it leaves a long and negative impact on Han So-hee’s career. Before the scandal, Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol were considering starring in the drama “Delusion” by director Han Jae-rim.
This drama is not the only opportunity Han So-hee has missed. After the dating scandal, Lotte Chilsung Beverage decided to not extend their contract with Han So-hee although the actress had modeled for them for a year. Nonghyup Bank also terminated their contract with Han So-hee in March after their three-year collaboration.
Heydealer, the secondhand car platform that signed with Han So-hee as their advertising model in 2022, did not announce the end of their contract with the actress but they have blocked the comment section of Han So-hee’s videos and removed many of her CFs from their channels ever since the scandal over her private life broke out. In fact, Heydealer has replaced Han So-hee with Suzy as their CF model.
Coincidentally, the casting offer for the female lead role in “Delusion” has recently been handed over to actress Suzy.
