The VIP screening of the movie Victory (directed by Park Beom-soo) was held on August 5 at the CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

To support the lead actress Lee Hyeri, her close friends, including Girl’s Day members Sojin, Yura, and Minah, as well as BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Byeon Woo-seok, attended the event.

Notably, (G)I-DLE’s Miyeon, who makes a surprise appearance in Victory’s end credits scene, also attended. Miyeon’s appearance in the movie was made possible due to her close friendship with Lee Hyeri, which further drew attention.

Lee Hyeri later shared a photo on her social media, holding a bouquet and expressing her gratitude by saying, “So much support. Life well-lived.”

Although he didn’t walk the photo wall, Byeon Woo-seok showed his support for Victory and Lee Hyeri through his social media, commenting, “It was so much fun.” Lee Hyeri and Byeon Woo-seok previously worked together in the 2022 KBS 2TV drama Moonshine.

Victory, set to be released on August 14, tells the story of the Millennium Girls, an amateur cheerleading club filled with passion, who cheer everyone on with exciting dances and songs.

The film features a lineup of popular actors, including Lee Hyeri as Phil-seon, an aspiring dancer who lives for dance; Park Se-wan as Mina, her soulmate who lives for style; Lee Jungha as Chi-hyung, the goalkeeper of Geoje High School; and Jo A-ram as Se-hyun, the leader of the cheerleading squad.
