Another GOT7 Member Draws Concerns, Jackson: “I Don’t Have Many True Friends”
Following BamBam's SNS update, another GOT7 member, Jackson, is drawing concerns with his recent statement.
Earlier on July 26, GOT7’s BamBam shared a concerning SNS update where he expressed his wish to “sleep and don’t wake up” so he “can finally rest”. While the male idol has reassured fans that he will find time to rest later on, concerns still pour in.
Amid this, another GOT7 member, Jackson, also draws attention. In particular, netizens bring up the male idol’s recent statements regarding how he doesn’t have many true friends and cope with loneliness.
In particular, Jackson told Asia One that although friends around him are important, he doesn’t have many true friends.
“Because what I have experienced in this industry over the years is that when I make friends, I don’t know whether I am making friends with the person themselves, or with their team, or with their fans”, the male idol confessed, adding, “For me, it is difficult to have a pure and direct friendship, especially with people who are close to my age.”
While Jackson also clarifies that he is actually doing well and is even able to explore his deepest emotions in solitude, many fans can’t help but stay worried.
It was also pointed out that Jackson is also suffering from multiple distresses, including a recent event where he was swarmed by people even during private schedules and exercising.
