Cha Eun-woo on ‘Waterbomb’ Review: ‘I Was So Nervous That I Couldn’t Hear the Cheers’

Astro member and actor Cha Eun-woo, who is actively working in both fields, shared his thoughts on Waterbomb.

On the 22nd, the YouTube channel ‘GQ KOREA’ posted a video titled “Cha Eun-woo, who looks so funny blankly staring for 8 minutes that you end up watching for 80, 800, or even 8000 minutes.”

When asked if he had seen the fan cam footage from ‘Waterbomb 2024,’ Cha Eun-woo responded, “I haven’t seen it. I’ve seen the photos that fans have posted, but I don’t really want to watch the fan cam.” Previously, Cha Eun-woo had generated buzz by participating in ‘Waterbomb Seoul 2024.’

The production team showed Cha Eun-woo the fan cam, and he commented, “Actually, I was quite nervous. I was thinking whether it was okay for me to be there, if it was alright, and because of that, I was more nervous than I expected.”

He added, “Maybe because of that, I didn’t hear the audience’s cheers very well at the time. But after getting off the stage and seeing the videos posted by fans, I realized that they had cheered for me a lot.”

Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo released his first solo mini-album ‘ENTITY’ this year and has been actively working as an actor in dramas ‘Today’s Lovable Dog’ and ‘Wonderful World.’
