Aespa Tops July Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings

Aespa ranked first in the July idol group brand reputation rankings.

According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Aespa topped the July idol group brand reputation rankings based on big data analysis. IVE ranked second, followed by BTS in third place.

The brand reputation index is a metric created through the analysis of brand big data, which reveals that consumers’ online habits significantly impact brand consumption. The analysis of idol group brand reputation measures the positive and negative evaluations of idol group brands, media interest, consumer engagement, and communication volume. Qualitative evaluations from the brand reputation monitor are also included.

The idol group brand reputation integrates boy groups and girl groups into a single brand category analysis, measuring consumer participation index, media index, communication index, and community index to analyze the brand reputation index.

The top 30 idol group brand reputation rankings for July 2024 are as follows: 1st Aespa, followed by IVE, BTS, Seventeen, SHINee, (G)I-DLE, ENHYPEN, TWICE, Red Velvet, RIIZE, BLACKPINK, The Boyz, LE SSERAFIM, TOUS, OH MY GIRL, tripleS, NCT, Super Junior, KISS OF LIFE, Apink, EXO, BTOB, Stray Kids, Babymonster, ILLIT, ATEEZ, MONSTA X, Girls’ Generation, NMIXX, and ASTRO.

Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, “In the link analysis, Aespa, which ranked first in the July 2024 idol group brand reputation, scored high with terms like ‘lovely,’ ‘hit,’ and ‘addictive.’ In the keyword analysis, ‘supernova,’ ‘smeat,’ and ‘Billboard’ were prominent. The positive ratio analysis recorded a positive ratio of 92.91%.”

Meanwhile, Aespa will hold their second world tour, ‘2024 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK: PARALLEL LINE,’ on the 20th at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
