Jennie (BLACKPINK) and G-Dragon Reveal Numerous Signs Of Dating Again For Nearly A Year

On the morning of July 16th, Asian social media was abuzz with speculation that Jennie (BLACKPINK) and BIGBANG’s leader G-Dragon had reunited and secretly been dating since August 2023. According to sources, the two top Kpop stars have been seen wearing matching items, from rings to scarves. Additionally, the male rapper has been caught liking multiple photos of his rumored girlfriend, who is 8 years younger, and buying her gifts.

Back in 2021, Dispatch shocked all of Asia by reporting that Jennie was dating G-Dragon. Unfortunately, this relationship lasted just over a year.

Speculation about Jennie and G-Dragon reuniting and secretly dating since August has caused social media to go wild.

Evidence of Matching Items

Since August last year, Jennie and G-Dragon have repeatedly been spotted wearing matching rings. Last month, the BLACKPINK member attended Billie Eilish’s new album promotion event, while G-Dragon stood out at a technology talk show organized by KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). Notably, the two famous idols were seen wearing identical rings.

Earlier this year, the two stars dominated social media when they were seen wearing matching rings.

Jennie and the BIGBANG leader were seen wearing matching rings in 2023. Jennie reportedly posted this image in August last year. Meanwhile, G-Dragon’s photo was taken when he appeared before the police over allegations of drug use in November 2023.

Not stopping there, Jennie once caused a stir due to a detail in a Vlog video on her YouTube channel in February. Many people noticed that the scarf Jennie wore in the Vlog was very similar to that of G-Dragon at a party with some celebrities earlier this year.

G-Dragon has recently pressed like on many photos and videos of Jennie. Earlier this year, G-Dragon liked a post about Jennie’s appearance on “Lee Hyo-ri’s Red Carpet” talk show. He also showed support for Jennie by liking the photo of the female idol when she announced the establishment of her personal agency ODDATELIER in December 2023. 

In addition, Jennie’s manager carried a fashion brand bag for the female idol when she arrived at Incheon International Airport to leave for Paris Fashion Week. The fact that G-Dragon had already shown a similar bag on his Instagram Story made many netizens believe that G-Dragon gave it to Jennie as a gift.

In online communities, netizens are discussing whether Jennie and G-Dragon have reunited. Some believe that the two top stars have gotten back together, while many argue that those hints are just coincidences. Both Jennie and G-Dragon have not yet released positions regarding their romance rumors.
