Female Idol Apologizes For Working At Hostess Club In Japan

On July 14th, posted a picture on her account with a handwritten letter that begins with, “To Leafs (NATURE’s fandom)”. 

Haru said, “First of all, thank you so much for your warm support and love”. Revealing that she wanted to deliver the news of her contract expiry by herself, Haru thanked her former agency and NATURE members.

She continued, “I read handwritten letters I received from Leafs yesterday, and I cried a lot because I really missed you guys”, adding “Even in my hard times, I was always able to gain energy and shine brightly thanks to your support. Thank you so much for loving and supporting NATURE. I hope you guys are always healthy and happy”.

Haru shared, “I was late to deliver my apology for worrying and disappointing you guys because of my actions, but I want to convey it with all my heart now”, adding “I have nothing to do with it now, but I think Leafs have been very disappointed about me. I’m so sorry”.

Lastly, she said, “I’m working hard to prepare for my new challenge and I’ll try to communicate with you guys a lot”, adding “This is the end for me as idol singer Haru, but the love and support from Leafs will always remain in my heart. I will never forget it”.

Earlier in April, the TikTok channel of a hostess club in Japan uploaded a video introducing a female hostess. The hostess introduced herself as Sakura Lulu and said, “I worked as a K-pop idol for six years since I was 18”, adding “I’m doing this job to earn money to set up a dance studio”.

In her letter, Haru admitted to having worked at a hostess bar and explained, “I’m working hard to achieve my own goals in life, so please look forward to me with warm gazes”. Knowing that Haru has quit the hostess job, netizens are cheering for her new future.
