On the afternoon of July 14, Lisa (BLACKPINK) appeared at the pop-up event promoting ROCKSTAR in Seoul, South Korea. Despite it being the second day of the event, the number of fans flocking to the Hyundai Department Store was still incredibly large. According to those present, the fans filled three floors of the mall to catch a glimpse of BLACKPINK’s youngest member.
As soon as Lisa appeared, the fans couldn’t contain their excitement, continuously screaming and cheering, prompting Lisa to signal them to avoid pushing to prevent any injuries.
The crowd at the first event organized by the company LLOUD served as evidence to “dispel” rumors that Lisa is being “neglected” in South Korea. Previously, after the release of ROCKSTAR, it did not achieve high rankings on Korean charts, leading netizens to believe that she had been “abandoned” by fans there. However, with what transpired over the two-day pop-up event, it is evident that the truth is quite the opposite.
Additionally, one detail that made netizens “worried” was that Lisa was holding a toy box from the brand Pop Mart, gifted by a fan. Besides the Labubu toy that is currently trending, the toy Lisa was holding, named Crybaby Sunset Concert, is also quite popular. Many people are concerned that after Lisa held this toy, its price will continue to “skyrocket,” making it increasingly difficult to purchase at a “stable” price.
