Within a few hours of this announcement, many Fred items worn by Jin in the aforementioned photos, which cost thousands of US dollars, were sold out. However, despite this being an impressive achievement that proves Jin’s star prowess, many fans express disappointment.

In particular, fans pointed out that Fred is owned by LVMH, which is owned by billionaire Bernard Arnault, who directly invests in an Israeli firm. As a result, Fred, alongside other brands under LVMH, are considered as targets for a pro-Palestine boycott.
anyway, do NOT support FRED jewelry. do not buy from FRED jewelry. FRED is owned by LVMH – a zionist company that is on the boycott list.

As a result, there have been many calls to boycott Fred jewelry among BTS fans, even with Jin’s endorsement. These fans have thus express disappointment when the Fred jewelry items worn by Jin got sold out, emphasizing that these thousands of USD could have been used for a more humane purpose, such as helping out Palestinian and pro-Palestinian ARMYs (fans of BTS).
