According to YTN’s exclusive report on July 8th, Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung will hold their wedding in Seoul on October 11th.
An insider of the entertainment industry who knows Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung’s relationship recently met with a YTN reporter and said, “The two have been friends for many years, so they understand the hardships of living in the entertainment industry very well and develop strong bonds based on mutual comfort, empathy, and trust. After developing into lovers recently, they seem to have made the decision to get married with a firm belief in their love”, adding “The two have been giving and taking positive energy and are expected to carry out more activities after getting married”.
Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung were members of the groups 4Minute and BEAST, respectively, under CUBE Entertainment in the past. The two have performed on many stages and appeared on entertainment programs together. In 2010, Yong Jun-hyung participated in Hyuna’s solo song “Change” as a featuring artist.
After publicizing their romance on January 18th by releasing a photo showing them walking hand in hand on SNS, the two stars have continued to date publicly.
Meanwhile, Hyuna released her new mini album “Attitude” on May 2nd, making her comeback in the music industry after two years. Yong Jun-hyung also received favorable reviews for his EP “Beautiful Dystopia” released on March 25th as it topped iTunes’ Top Album Chart in 6 regions.
