Actress Kim Bo-ra and director Jo Ba-reun got married on June 8th

Photos of their wedding ceremony have been shared through SNS, drawing attention.

In the photos posted on SNS, Kim Bo-ra is seen walking down the aisle in a pure white wedding dress, smiling brightly. Walking beside her is her husband, director Jo Ba-reun. The happy expressions on their faces are striking.

The couple announced their wedding news last March.

At the time, Kim Bo-ra’s agency Noon Company stated, “Kim Bo-ra is getting married this June. The groom-to-be is film director Jo Ba-reun, and the couple has decided to marry after three years of trust and faith in each other.

They added, “The wedding ceremony will be private, attended only by family members, relatives and friends. Please bless Kim Bo-ra as she embarks on this new chapter.”

Kim Bo-ra and Jo Ba-reun have a six-year age difference. Kim Bo-ra is 29 this year, and Jo Ba-reun is 35.

The couple reportedly grew close after first meeting on the set of the movie “Ghost Mansion”, which was released in 2021.

This movie was later broadcast on ENA under the title “Ghost Mansion: The Original”.

Kim Bo-ra began her acting career with the 2005 drama “Wedding”. She has since appeared in numerous films and dramas, including “Small Town Rivals”, “Evil Twin”, “Monster”, “Time Renegades”, “Goodbye Summer”, “Love and Leashes”, “The Ghost Station”, “Jungle Fish 2”, “Scent of a Woman”, “SKY Castle”, “Her Private Life” and “Like Flowers in Sand”, earning recognition for her solid acting skills.

Director Jo Ba-reun gained attention when he won the Korean Fantastic Short Film Award at the 21st Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in 2017. He has since showcased his unique directorial style in films such as “Gang”, “Slate” and “Ghost Mansion”.
