On May 29th, MBC’s “Radio Star” featured a special episode titled “War of Actors” with guests Song Seung-heon, Lee Si-eon, Oh Yeon-seo and Jang Gyu-ri.
Song Seung-heon discussed his bed scene with Lim Ji-yeon in the movie “Obsessed”. He explained, “It’s acting, so there’s no personal emotion involved. The atmosphere isn’t as sweet as it may seem. While the audience may watch breathlessly, the set is filled with staff, making it impossible to have personal feelings.“
He said proudly, “Recently, ‘Obsessed’ has been experiencing a resurgence in popularity. It was Lim Ji-yeon’s debut work. With the success of ‘The Glory’, the ranking of ‘Obsessed’ has gone up again. Song Hye-kyo, who starred with Lim Ji-yeon in ‘The Glory’, filmed ‘Autumn in My Heart’ with me. That work was Song Hye-kyo’s traditional drama debut. Working with me seems to bring good fortune.”
When asked if he has any thoughts about marriage at the age of 47, Song Seung-heon replied, “I’ve always wanted to get married. I feel envious when friends and senior colleagues bring their families to gatherings.”
