On February 4th, Netflix announced that “Genie, Make a Wish” is set to premiere in the fourth quarter of this year. Along with this announcement, the streaming platform also released the first two-shot of Kim Woo-bin and Suzy, immediately drawing attention.
Dressed in matching white outfits, the two stars exude mesmerizing visuals and undeniable chemistry, perfectly embodying the essence of a romantic comedy. Filming for “Genie, Make a Wish” concluded in October last year, and the series is currently in post-production.

“Genie, Make a Wish” is a romantic comedy about the three wishes, which can be luck or punishment, that Ga-young (Suzy), who lacks emotions, makes after meeting Genie (Kim Woo-bin), who holds the right to escape life and death.
This work marks the reunion of Kim Woo-bin and Suzy after eight years. Earlier in 2016, the two worked together in the drama “Uncontrollably Fond”.
