In the latest episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” which aired on January 28th, the members measured their body composition to celebrate the return of Ji Seok-jin.
When Yoo started to measure his body composition, Yang said, “He weighs 61.8 kg. He’s just a completely dried radish.“
When Yoo Jae-seok entered his height of 178cm and his age of 49 into the machine, Yang Se-chan protested, saying, “How can you be 49?”
Yoo’s muscle mass was measured at 30 kilograms, almost half of his entire body weight. After confirming, Yang said, “Jae-seok is amazing. He looks like Bruce Lee. He is Bruce Lee. Awesome.” Yoo’s body fat was one third that of Ha-ha’s, which surprised everyone as well.
