In particular, the top star noticed a fan who told him to do the Gyaru Peace pose. “Gyaru Peace” is the combination of “Gyaru (the Japanese pronunciation of ‘Girl’)” and “Peace”, which means the V sign. To make this pose, you need to make a V sign and then spin your arm to turn the V upside down.

At first, Tom Cruise was flustered for a moment because he didn’t know what Gyaru Peace is but at the same time couldn’t turn down the request of that fan. He asked the translator for help. After learning the meaning of Gyaru Peace, the actor smiled brightly and made the Gyaru Peace for fans.

Tom Cruise’s delicate action of carefully checking the meaning before presenting fanservice in case it might cause controversies made fans fall in love with him even more. It is said that the actor listened to all requests from fans, including making a half heart and the Korean-style heart.
