In the healing drama When the Weather Is Fine, Seo Kang Joon played Lim Eun Seob, a quiet bookstore owner with an unrequited crush on his childhood friend Mok Hae Won (Park Min Young).

His character, Hong Du Sik, is dearly loved by all villagers thanks to his big heart and smooth tongue. With his charming dimples and down-to-earth personality, Hong Du Sik manages to worm himself into the heart of dentist Yoon Hye Jin (Shin Min Ah), who has a hard time adjusting to her new country life.
