2AM’s Jeong Jinwoon on how he feels after 15 years in the industry, “I’m happy because I’m only 32”
Jeong Jinwoon expressed his feelings on the 15th anniversary of his debut.
On September 14th, 2AM member and actor Jeong Jinwoon, who plays the main character of the upcoming movie “Oh My Ghost”, had an interview at a cafe in Seoul.
“Oh My Ghost” is a comedy film about Taemin (Jeong Jinwoon), a studio employee who can see ghosts and Kongi (Ahn Seohyun), a built-in ghost who has nowhere to go, as they team up to discover mysterious incidents at a studio.
Jeong Jinwoon takes on the role of Taemin, a man with a special ability to see ghosts through his specs. He gets a job at a studio and meets the built-in ghost Kongi (Ahn Seohyun). The two then work together to solve mysterious cases happening in the studio.
During the interview, Jeong Jinwoon said, “Actually, since I’ve only filmed a movie, I’m greeting you with the attitude of a rookie. But I actually started acting in 2010. Not only as a singer, but I’ve also been active as an actor for a long time. I’m really fortunate that my career is still ongoing. It means a lot to me that my activities are continuing steadily.”
He continued, “It’s been over 10 years since I debuted, but there’s still a long way to go. I still want to go up. I think that is what gives the most fun in life. It’s been 15 years, but I’m happy that I’m only 32 now.”
“Oh My Ghost” will be released on September 15th.
