10 Hottest Chinese Dramas of February: Li Yi Tong rises in ranking with “The Knockout”’s jaw-dropping performance
Female actresses are neck and neck in February drama rating rankings.
Chinese drama series are bustling with the race to the top. Yet, in regards to the performances, it seems the actresses were not as successful as those in January.
“The Journey of Chongzi” gained backlash, especially towards the performances of the lead actress, Yang Chao Yue. Nonetheless, she still charted at 9th place. One step ahead was “Love When The Stars Fall” starring Li Lan Dy and Chen Xing Xu. “Love Heals” starring Wang Chu Ran landed on 7th place.
Although being labeled “disasters,” “Our Days” and “Turn on the Right Way to Life” both charted well, at 2nd and 6th place, respectively. Moreover, Zhang Ruo Yun’s return with “Under the Microscope” is also highly regarded, ranking in 5th place.
“The Knockout” surpassed other dramas with an aggregated view of 5.1 billion views. The series has taken the Top 10 Most-Watched Dramas of February by storm, with an achievement increased by 5 times compared to its statistics from January. The series gathers a stellar cast and Li Yi Tong gets her chance to break away from the past drama failures.
