The idol paid for the place in full without getting a mortgage or paying in installments. The apartment was bought in February 2022 with a supply area of 260.12 m2 (exclusive plus residential common area).
A real estate agent named Lee Ye Seul said that Yoona’s chosen residence is located within a residential complex with strict security – a go-to choice for celebrities and CEOs of business conglomerates.
Yoona owns another apartment in Lotte Castle premier Apartment at Samseong-dong, Gangnam. The place was bought in January 2018 with a supply area of 168,58 m2. Its price on the market has increased by 1.5 times compared to when it was first bought.
Yoona is also a car enthusiast. She was seen driving a billions-worth Porsche and Scirocco, which costs around 43 million won.
She currently has a net worth of 20 million USD, according to Kpopstarz.
When Yoona debuted in 2007, she is known as the visual of the Korean girl group Girls’ Generation under SM Entertainment. They were the first K-pop girl group to reach a sale of 100 million sold copies, proving a cultural influence that goes beyond music.
