Appearing on the June 29 episode of SBS's variety show "But Seriously!", Yoon Eun Hye reunited with fellow Baby V.O.X members Kim E-Z, Lee Hee Jin, Shim Eun Jin, and Kan Mi Youn to reflect on their careers, friendships, and personal lives.
As the youngest member of Baby V.O.X, Yoon Eun Hye joined the group during the promotions for their third album, “Come Come Come Baby.”

Looking back on those days, she expressed heartfelt gratitude toward main vocalist Kan Mi Youn. “She was an angel even back then. She always took great care of me and even brought me to the restroom to tell me, ‘If you’re having a hard time, you can cry.’ Back then, there was even a ‘crying zone’ at the broadcasting stations.”
She jokingly added that today, the once-reliable senior has become “the unnie who needs the most looking after.”

Yoon Eun Hye also spoke about becoming more outspoken within the group after years of quietly following her older members. “For the first time in 14 years, I finally started saying whether I liked or disliked something in front of my unnies. Before that, I simply followed along. But I realized that if I kept doing that, I’d eventually fall behind.” Her newfound confidence has even earned her the nickname “Leader Yoon.”
Yoon Eun Hye and Lee Hee Jin are currently the only unmarried members of Baby V.O.X. When asked about her last relationship, Yoon Eun Hye surprised everyone by revealing: “I haven’t dated in over ten years.”

She explained that after quitting alcohol in her late twenties, dating naturally disappeared from her life as well. “I actually used to be the member who drank the most, but I quit drinking after I turned 29. Somehow, I also stopped dating.”
Lee Hee Jin also admitted that her last serious relationship was in her early thirties. While she has had a few romantic flings since then, none developed into long-term relationships.

Asked whether she envies the married members, Lee Hee Jin humorously confessed: “I’m insanely jealous.” She recalled attending one gathering with the members and their spouses. “I joined them just once, and I felt so awkward. Being the only single person surrounded by couples made me feel incredibly lonely.” Her candid confession drew laughter from everyone in the studio.
Yoon Eun Hye reflected on the enduring popularity of her acting career, particularly through Princess Hours and Coffee Prince. She shared that both dramas continue to gain new viewers every summer. “Since people often talk about them as classic summer dramas, new fans still keep discovering them.”

The show also revisited Yoon Eun Hye’s legendary kiss scene with Gong Yoo in Coffee Prince. Surprisingly, she admitted she barely remembers filming it. “Honestly, I don’t remember it very well. The atmosphere on set was very open, so many scenes were filmed almost like improvisations.”
She recalled an amusing story from the drama’s 10th anniversary special. According to Yoon Eun Hye, Gong Yoo once joked that he was surprised because she had “played with his T-shirt” during the kiss scene. Laughing, she responded: “He was obviously teasing me. When I heard that, I said, ‘Wait, was any of that actually in the script?'”

When asked whether she remembers working more with Gong Yoo or Ju Ji Hoon, Yoon Eun Hye gave an unexpected answer. Instead of choosing between her co-stars, she revealed that if she could remake one of her dramas, she would choose Princess Hours. “If I had to film one again, it would definitely be Princess Hours.”
She explained that she avoided watching the drama for many years because of how inexperienced she was as an actress. “I only watched Princess Hours again about three years ago. Before that, I couldn’t watch it at all.” Yoon Eun Hye continued: “It was my very first acting project, and I knew absolutely nothing back then. I remember sweating through every single filming day because I was so nervous.”

Although Coffee Prince is widely considered one of Korea’s greatest romantic dramas, Yoon Eun Hye’s emotional attachment to Princess Hours runs deeper because it marked the beginning of her acting journey.
Now, nearly two decades after both dramas aired, the actress says new generations of viewers continue discovering the classics every summer—a testament to the enduring legacy of two of K-drama’s most beloved romance series.
