On October 28, a new episode of Yoon Eun-hye’s YouTube channel EUNHYELOGIN titled “It’s not a honeymoon trip, it’s a friendship trip Eun-hye and Oh My Girls’s Hyo-jung’s 3-day getaway to Jeju” was released.
The video featured the two stars enjoying a cozy trip together in Gimnyeong, Jeju Island, chatting over coffee and reminiscing about how their friendship began.
During their conversation, Yoon Eun-hye brought up how they first met, and Hyo-jung immediately burst out laughing as she recalled their initial interaction.
“I was so rude to you! I spoke informally right from the start,” Hyo-jung admitted.
Yoon Eun-hye laughed and responded, “That’s right you were rude!”
Hyo-jung quickly explained herself, saying, “I only did that because I wanted to get close to you faster.”

Yoon Eun-hye then shared her first impression of Hyo-jung with a fond smile: “Honestly, she was so cute. She was much younger than me basically still a kid. But she had this pure, energetic vibe. I could tell she was just nervous and trying her best.”
The actress recalled thinking at the time that the informal tone wasn’t offensive at all, but rather “endearing and charming.”
Yoon Eun-hye, born in 1984, and Hyojung, born in 1994, share a ten-year age difference. Despite that gap, their chemistry felt more like close friends than senior and junior colleagues.
Hyojung playfully remarked, “It doesn’t even feel like we’re ten years apart!”

To which Yoon Eun-hye replied, “I think that’s what makes our friendship fun. You even startled me earlier when you suddenly used formal speech you usually speak casually anyway!”
The two continued to tease each other affectionately, showing off their genuine bond.
Yoon Eun-hye rose to fame as a member of the first-generation girl group Baby V.O.X, before transitioning into acting and variety shows. She’s known for her roles in hit K-Dramas like Goong (Princess Hours) and Coffee Prince, as well as for her warm and candid personality on her YouTube channel EUNHYELOGIN.
Her friendship with younger idols like Hyo-jung has drawn praise from fans, who love seeing cross-generational bonds in the K-pop world.
