On December 18, 2025, wedding photos of Hong Kong actress and model Xu Dongdong and actor Terence Yin were released. According to Sina Entertainment, the couple will hold their wedding on February 26, 2026, in Xu Dongdong’s hometown of Harbin, with an additional celebration in Shanghai for friends and colleagues.
Xu Dongdong and Terence Yin first met while filming Love Contractually in 2017. Terence Yin initially proposed in April 2019, but the couple called off the engagement in August 2019, surprising fans. Over the years, they experienced several breakups and reconciliations before Xu Dongdong accepted Terence Yin’s second proposal at the end of 2024.
Terence Yin, born in 1975 in Hong Kong, entered the entertainment industry in 1998. He has starred in popular films including New Police Story, Legend of the Fist: Chen Zhen, Life Without Principle, Cold War, Bishonen, and Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.
Xu Dongdong, from Harbin, Heilongjiang, graduated from the Theatre Department of the Chinese PLA Academy of Art. She has acted in numerous films such as Yu Zui, God of Gamblers 3: The Early Stage, and Chasing the Dragon. Known for her striking figure, she has earned the nickname “bombshell” of Hong Kong’s entertainment industry.
The couple’s wedding marks a joyful milestone in their long-standing relationship, which has spanned nearly a decade of ups and downs.
