On January 2, an Mnet representative confirmed to MK Sports that the members of Wanna One have agreed to come together for a new reality show, marking their first group project since disbandment. The program is currently being prepared with the goal of airing in the first half of 2026.
According to Mnet, “While discussing ways to meet Wannables again, the Wanna One members came to a consensus on producing a reality program, which was what fans loved the most.” The broadcaster added, “We are currently preparing the show with a target release in the first half of 2026. Specific scheduling and details will be announced once finalized.”
The reunion will include all 11 members—Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwu, Park Woojin, Lai Kuanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, and Ha Sungwoon—raising anticipation among longtime fans.
Previously, on January 1, Mnet Plus released a short video on its official YouTube channel titled “2026 Coming Soon – Let’s Meet Again.” The clip shows an unidentified figure playing a cassette tape, from which the familiar line “Let’s meet again” can be heard lyrics taken from Wanna One’s emotional farewell track “Spring Breeze.”
The song, released ahead of the group’s disbandment, symbolized Wanna One’s promise to reunite with fans someday. As a result, the teaser instantly sparked excitement among fans, many interpreting it as a deliberate hint toward a long-awaited comeback or special project.

Fueling the speculation further, Hwang Minhyun shared the teaser on his personal social media account. His subtle endorsement led fans to wonder whether the hint is more than symbolic and whether discussions behind the scenes may already be underway.

Wanna One was formed in 2017 through Mnet’s hit survival show Produce 101 Season 2, featuring 11 members: Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwu, Park Woojin, Lai Kuanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, and Ha Sungwoon. The group rose to explosive popularity before officially concluding activities in 2019 at the end of their contract period.
In 2021, the members reunited briefly for a special stage at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), sending fans worldwide into an emotional frenzy. Since then, hopes for another reunion have lingered making the new teaser particularly significant.

With the upcoming reality show, the group is set to reconnect with fans in a more personal and candid format, offering a glimpse into their chemistry and growth seven years after their disbandment.
Further details regarding the show’s format and broadcast schedule are expected to be announced at a later date.
