Uhm Jung-hwa Clears Up Dating Rumors with Im Won-hee: ‘Definitely Not True… Even My Mother Asked About This’
Uhm Jung-hwa has denied rumors about her relationship with Im Won-hee
Uhm Jung-hwa firmly stated, “My mother even asked when we started dating. We’re absolutely not together,” denying any romantic involvement.
On October 10th, on SBS’s ‘Dolsing Fourmen,’ the lead actors of the movie ‘Miss Fortune,’ Uhm Jung-hwa, Song Sae-byeok, Park Ho-san, and Bang Minah appeared as guests.
Uhm Jung-hwa’s appearance on ‘Dolsing Fourmen’ was her second time, and last time, she sparked dating rumors with Im Won-hee by saying, “We used to date.”
In response, Uhm Jung-hwa clarified, “My mother even asked when we started dating. Everyone thinks it’s real, but it’s not. We are just close friends.” In response to Im Won-hee’s playful complaint, “If you say that, what does that make me? Do you really hate me?” Uhm Jung-hwa jokingly replied, “I really do.”
Continuing, when asked, “Is it better to have a boyfriend who compliments you all the time or not compliment at all?” Uhm Jung-hwa responded, “I feel so happy when he compliments me. It boosts a woman’s self-esteem and happiness.”
In this episode, Uhm Jung-hwa also revealed an incident where she was mistaken for a robber by Tak Jae-hoon’s sister. Uhm Jung-hwa recalled, “I had an appointment to meet my dongsaeng in front of a department store in the past. At that time, my dongsaeng’s car was a white one, and when I got in the car, the driver asked, “Who are you?” We screamed at each other. Turned out that was Tak Jae-hoon’s sister.”
Tak Jae-hoon said, “I heard this story from my sister, too. Suddenly, someone got into her car and said, ‘Start driving.'”
