“No more MBTI tests until we disband”

The 5th-generation representative idol group TWS officially declared that they will not be retaking the MBTI test until their disbandment.

Recently, TWS conducted a live broadcast to communicate with their fans.

During the broadcast, when a fan requested them to retake the MBTI test, TWS firmly stated, “We’re deliberately not doing it.

They added, “If we retake the MBTI test, we would have to change all our choreography. We won’t be retaking the MBTI test until we disband.”

On June 24th, TWS released their 2nd mini album “SUMMER BEAT!” and has been actively promoting it.

The title track “If I’m S, Can You Be My N?” uses the metaphor of a magnet’s “S pole” and “N pole” to express the thrilling excitement of possibly discovering the many reasons why opposites attract. The choreography, which creatively interprets the desire and eagerness to get closer to the other person, has become a hot topic, sparking a challenge trend.

The choreography is known to have been divided based on the members’ MBTI test results conducted in the past. If they were to retake the test, they would need to change the choreography accordingly, which the members seem to want to avoid.

Fans reacted with comments such as “They will never retake it”, “I think the results would be the same”, “So cute”, “I understand why they don’t want to retake it” and “I’m curious about the choreography with different member roles.

Meanwhile, TWS released the performance music video for the 2nd mini album “SUMMER BEAT!” track “Double Take” on the HYBE Labels channel at midnight on July 15th, showcasing their perfect performance and new charm.

“Double Take” is a hip-hop track with a minimalistic and chic beat and an addictive bassline. Featuring variations like boom bap, the music is presented with a fresh and sophisticated performance, expanding their musical spectrum further.
