TVXQ’s Yunho Exposed by Another Idol: Shouted at 100 People, Smokes in Restricted Areas? 

TVXQ’s Yunho, known for his “passionate” and dedicated image throughout 21 years in the entertainment industry, got heavily criticized by a fellow idol – former TEEN TOP’s C.A.P, for his attitude.

In particular, in a livestream from months ago, C.A.P “exposed” Yunho for shouting at juniors and smoking in restricted areas. 

According to C.A.P, Yunho is often filled with energy and would force others to follow his pace without caring about others’ thoughts and capability.

“I would often relax during rehearsals, but Yunho keeps telling me things like, ‘Wow, you have been doing so well, such a lackluster rehearsal. He constantly jabbed at me like that”, C.A.P stated, adding, “People can’t always do their best. Everyone has got a different energy level, but Yunho forced others to be as energetic as him. I wasn’t even in the same team as him”.

C.A.P also mentioned that Yunho once held the microphone to scold 100 other idols for not doing their best during rehearsal, saying, “There’s this music show that was held overseas. At the end of the program, all artists came out to the stage to sing a song together. So there was rehearsal, alright. 100 idols on the same stage, just chilling for the rehearsal. So Yunho got really furious. He came on stage, stood in front of 100 people, and held his microphone to shout at them.”

What’s more, C.A.P revealed that despite his poor eyesight, Yunho mocked him for not greeting the latter properly. 

“There are times where it’s hard for me to greet him (Yunho) since I was busy changing in the dark and my eyesight’s poor. I didn’t even notice he was there. However, Yunho would use all sorts of profanity to attack me. I seriously dislike him. I’m honestly not good at greeting. It may sound simple to others, but an introvert like me struggles to open my mouth”, the male idol expressed. 

Finally, C.A.P brought up Yunho’s past controversy during the COVID-19 pandemic, stating, “Sure, he may scold others and live under his image of a ‘passionate senior who guides juniors’. But to do that, shouldn’t he first lead by example?”

Finally, the former TEEN TOP member accused Yunho of smoking in restricted areas, particularly in the restrooms at broadcasting stations. 

“He always smokes there without fail. Others can’t even go to the restroom because it stinks with smoke in there. It’s a restrict area, and yet he always use it as his smoking room!”, said C.A.P. 

The remarks of C.A.P have since garnered significant attention. However, while some criticize Yunho, many netizens express doubt over the authenticity of the C.A.P’s statement. Certain fans have also sent reports to SM Entertainment, in hope that the agency will release an official response and protect Yunho against false claims. However, SM has remained silent about the entire situation.
