On June 30, tripleS‘s agency, Modhaus, announced through the official fan platform that Yubin will take a break from promotions after medical professionals advised her to get sufficient rest and recovery.
According to Modhaus, Yubin recently visited a medical institution after experiencing persistent health issues. The agency stated: “Yubin recently visited a medical institution due to her ongoing decline in physical condition and was advised by medical professionals that she requires sufficient rest and stability. Although she wanted to keep her promises to fans and contribute to the team, she has decided to focus on rest and recovery after being advised that continuing activities could delay her recovery.”
As a result, Yubin will temporarily suspend all scheduled activities, including upcoming offline events and fan signing sessions.
Modhaus also announced that details regarding replacement events for affected fan signings will be provided separately. The agency concluded by apologizing to fans for the unexpected news and emphasized that the artist’s health remains its top priority, pledging to provide full support throughout her recovery.
The announcement comes just days after Yubin alarmed fans when she collapsed shortly after finishing her performance at the 2026 MyK FESTA. The incident occurred on June 27 at KINTEX in Goyang, where tripleS had performed during the MyK Live concert. Although she successfully completed the stage, Yubin reportedly fainted immediately afterward, prompting concern among fans about her condition.
With her temporary hiatus now confirmed, fans have flooded social media with messages wishing the idol a full and speedy recovery.
