This Korean male celebrity went viral for his K-drama cameo: talented in all sorts of field, not even 20 years old 

The talent and visuals of this Korean male celebrity is drawing attention from the public

Aired since July 22nd, but the ongoing K-drama “Mimicus” only recently gained attention. However, it is not due to the series’ plot nor acting, and instead because of the appearance of one male star. 

In particular, Sung Hoon, a member of Kpop group ENHYPEN, appeared in the latest episode of “Mimicus” as a cameo. In the scene, the idol introduced his own name in front of the camera, and was fawned over by students and reporters. His outstanding visuals in a white uniform and platinum hair immediately went viral on SNS,  leading netizens to look into Sung Hoon’s background. 

Sung Hoon, who was born in 2002, is a member of ENHYPEN – a boy group project managed by Hybe Labels and Belift Lab. The group was selected from the survival show I-LAND, and Sung Hoon was a remarkable competitor there. 

Alongside his singing, dancing, and rapping talents, Sung Hoon used to be a professional figure skater, who was active in the field for 10 years and even won various prestigious gold medals. The idol is also working as an MC of Music Bank, alongside IVE Won Young, trying his hand at choreography, and dabbling in the fashion and acting industries. 

“Minicus” is a web-drama that focuses on arts education. The series entail a variety of cast, from a rich kid who always strives to show his talents and hates mimicry, a trainee from a powerful family who seems to already have his life set out for him, a Kpop maknae who suffers from ostracization, to a simple female student who craves attention. But, in the end, who will achieve their dream?
