This girl studied hard to enter Yonsei University but then debuted as an actress under JYP Entertainment thanks to her beauty 

Park Gyu-young will make her comeback through Netflix’s original series “Celebrity” and “Sweet Home 2”.

Born in 1993, actress Park Gyu-young was selected as the cover model for “UNIV Tomorrow” magazine during the first year of her college life at Yonsei University. Her outstanding appearance caught the eyes of JYP Entertainment. In 2015, Park Kyu-young then started learning acting and training to become an actress under JYP. In 2019, she left JYP and moved to Saram Entertainment. 

After playing supporting roles in various movies and dramas, Park Gyu-young made her face known to the public as Nam Joo-ri in the drama “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay”, which aired in 2020. In the same year, she starred in Netflix’s original series “Sweet Home” and showed an impressive performance as Yoon Ji-soo.

In 2021, Park Gyu-young was cast to play her first drama lead role in KBS2’s drama “Dali and Cocky Prince”. She gained recognition for her acting skills by winning Best New Actress and Best Couple (with Kim Min-jae) at the 2021 KBS Drama Awards.

The actress is expected to present better performance and acting transformation in the upcoming dramas “Celebrity” and “Sweet Home Season 2”, which are scheduled to be released on Netflix.
