The reason Kim So Yeon joined “Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938″… “I thought I wouldn’t be able to meet such a work in this life”

Actress Kim So Yeon revealed why she appeared in “Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938”.

On the afternoon of May 3rd, the production presentation of tvN’s “Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938” was held online. Director Kang Shin Hyo, actors Lee Dong Wook, Kim So Yeon, Kim Bum and Ryu Kyung Soo attended the event.

Kim So Yeon shared her thoughts, “I really wanted to try fantasy.” She then explained, “I really wanted to do a work with a character who doesn’t seem to exist. I was so happy that I was going to fly away when I got a proposal.“

She said, “I thought I wouldn’t be able to meet such a work in this life, but it finally came.“

Kim So Yeon honestly confessed about her chemistry with Lee Dong Wook and Ryu Kyung Soo, “The ad-lib came out naturally and it was so great.” She added, “We looked like friends on screen. It looked comfortable and pretty, so I had more strength. I filmed with confidence until the end.“

“Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938” tells the story of “nine-tailed fox” Lee Yeon (Lee Dong Wook), who made an emergency landing in 1938 in an era of chaos, trying to return to modern times. It will premiere at 9:20 PM on May 6th.
