The insider found by Unanswered Questions “Keena also wants to know”

What is the secret behind the insider found by “Unanswered Questions”?

1. “Unanswered Questions” announced through subtitles at the beginning of the broadcast.

“This program includes reenactments and pseudonyms to protect the safety of the sources.”

2. The purpose of stand-ins, reenactments and pseudonyms is to protect the sources. Especially in the case of whistleblowers, the safety of the sources has to be taken into consideration.

3. Of course, verification of whistleblowers is essential. The motives, intentions and purposes of informants need to be understood.

4. “Unanswered Questions” episode 1365, titled “Billboard and Girl Group”, highlighted the FIFTY FIFTY incident.

11. Keena replied.

“That’s a question we asked the PD.”

12. In September, the “Unanswered Questions” production team met FIFTY FIFTY members. (They requested a face-to-face interview for follow-up reporting.)

13. FIFTY FIFTY members asked the PD about the identity of the “insider”.

“PD, who is that employee? We’ve never seen them at the company.” (FIFTY FIFTY)

14. The production team showed a photo and asked.

“Do you know this woman?”

15. That man was, in fact, a woman. A female stand-in was used for a male (actor).

16. Keena is the longest-serving member under “Attrakt”. She remembers most of the company’s employees.

“I’ve never seen that woman. Later, I found out she used to work for ‘The Givers’.” (Keena)

17. Keena added.

“I want to know if that person ever attended a monthly evaluation.” (Keena)

18. Changing the gender for the protection of sources is within the realm of understanding.

19. However, they did not mention the “stand-in” in that scene.

20. What if viewers who did not see the early “stand-in” subtitle believe it’s a testimony from an actual internal employee?

21. Dispatch wanted to know about the real monthly evaluations. Dispatch asked Keena again.

“We had monthly evaluations every two months. (CEO Jeon never missed) major evaluations and always attended.” (Keena)

22. The “insider” turned out to be an “outsider” who had not attended monthly evaluations.

23. The side dish throwing incident. Member C’s family claimed.

“The company did not provide proper meals but threw all the side dishes sent by the members’ parents on the floor in the living room…”

24. Keena dismissed the “side dish throwing” incident as “an unheard-of incident”.

“I haven’t seen or heard of such a thing. I’m also curious about the side dish throwing incident.” (Keena)

Keena then recalled a snack-throwing incident. Director Baek of Givers once threw the members’ snack on the floor and shouted to them, “Pick everything up and throw it in the trash can quickly.”

Keena said, “In fact, our fault is big. We didn’t eat like that every day. It’s hard for us to endure because we’re on a diet. I put it under my bed thinking, “I’m going to eat it later. And collecting all of the snacks gradually. We also reflected on ourselves, saying, “A lot is a lot.”

The singer explained the truth behind “ATTRAKT’s negligence in their health care,” saying, “Health problems were managed by Director Baek. In the case of one member, her mother also communicated with Director Baek. But CEO Jeon Hong-joon was not informed of all of this situation, so our conflict got deeper.”

Keena also countered the rumor of CEO Jeon having “horror” attitude towards FIFTY FIFTY,  “CEO Jeon Hong-joon quietly sent me a text message since I’m the oldest. He always told me to take care of the members.”

Finally, Keena said, “It’s the thing I regret the most. I should have talked to the company at least once. I think it was too unmannered of me.”

She also conveyed her sincerity toward the members, “Since we were trainees, we’ve built up a strong friendship. They were really good friends. I feel bad that I can’t be with them until the end.”
