“The Good Bad Mother” Ahn Eun Jin Opens Up About Kiss Scenes with Lee Do Hyun, Mentions Lim Ji Yeon

Ahn Eun Jin talked about her kiss scenes with Lee Do Hyun in “The Good Bad Mother”.

On June 9th, Ahn Eun Jin talked about her thoughts on playing Lee Mi Joo in JTBC’s “The Good Bad Mother” during an interview following the end of the drama.

“The Good Bad Mother” is a healing comedy that tells the story of Jin Young Soon (Ra Mi Ran), who had no choice but to become a bad mother in order to protect her son Choi Kang Ho (Lee Do Hyun), who becomes a child and seeks the happiness he lost.

The notable highlight of Ahn Eun Jin’s interview was the mention of her kiss scenes with Lee Do Hyun. Ahn Eun Jin said, “There were a lot of kisses. We followed the script, and we added some as well.”

She continued, “Because we have known each other for a long time, we had a sense of intimacy in those scenes. Rather than having an awkward atmosphere, we wanted to show natural physical affection, like leaning on each other or touching each other, because we were so comfortable with each other.“

In particular, Ahn Eun Jin also mentioned Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Do Hyun’s girlfriend and also her senior at school. She said jokingly, “(There were a lot of kisses and physical affection) but I didn’t receive any calls (from Lim Ji Yeon).”

Lim Ji Yeon admitted to dating Lee Do Hyun after appearing together in the Netflix series “The Glory” in April.

“The Good Bad Mother”, which ended on June 8th, recorded a viewership rating of 3.6% (based on Nielsen Korea) on its first broadcast and showed an upward trend, reaching its highest rating of 12.0% in the finale.
