“The Glory” Kim Gun Woo is reportedly reviewing “Eun Jung and Sang Yeon” 

According to Xports News on June 21st, Kim Gun Woo was cast in the new drama “Eun Jung and Sang Yeon” and is positively reviewing it.

“Eun Jung And Sang Yeon” tells the story of a drama writer named Ryu Eun Jung and a filmmaker named Cheon Sang Yeon. Eun Jung and Sang Yeon had been best friends since elementary school but ended their friendship due to an incident. After years passed, the two meet again, now as adults.

It is helmed by director Jo Young Min of the dramas “The Interest of Love”, “Do You Like Brahms?” and penned by writer Song Hye Jin of tvN’s “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes”. It is produced by Kakao Entertainment.

Kim Gun Woo was offered the role of Kim Sang Hak, who loves cameras more than anyone else and is popular with everyone for his honest personality and nice humanity. Kim Sang Hak sincerely dated Eun Jung, whom he met in a club during college days. After that, he became a cinematographer with outstanding skills and reunites with Eun Jung.

Kim Go Eun and Park Ji Hyun are positively reviewing the roles of Eun Jung and Sang Yeon, respectively.

Kim Gun Woo gained popularity by playing school violence perpetrator Son Myeong Oh, who bullied Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo), in Netflix’s “The Glory”. He is expected to continue his trending moves with “Eun Jung and Sang Yeon”.

Kim Gun Woo is appearing in the musical “Paris Bakery”, which is being performed at S Theater, Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. He will also participate in the 10th anniversary performance of the musical “Those Days”, which is scheduled to open in July at Seoul Arts Center Opera House. He is currently active on various shows, including SBS’ entertainment program “My Little Old Boy”.
