Child actress Oh Ji Yul, who played Ha Ye Sol in “The Glory”, revealed what happened on the filming set.
On the February 10th episode of the KBS2 TV program “The Return of Superman”, actress Oh Ji Yul visited Sayuri’s son Zen.
Here, Sayuri asked Oh Ji Yul, who appeared in “The Glory“, who she was closer with: Song Hye Kyo, who played Moon Dong Eun, or Lim Ji Yeon, who played her mother Park Yeon Jin.
Regarding this, Oh Ji Yul answered, “I became close with both of them. However, when I was wearing short sleeves to film a summer scene in the middle of winter, actress Song Hye Kyo took off her clothes and gave them to me.” She also expressed gratitude for Song Hye Kyo, saying, “If you are watching, thank you for that time”.
Oh Ji Yul, born in 2014, has been working as a child model since 2017, She also appeared in the 2021 movie “Space Sweepers”, the 2022 ENA drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”, and the Netflix series “The Glory”.
In “Space Sweepers”, Oh Ji Yul assumed the role of Soon Yi, a newborn baby mixed with illegal immigrants who came from Earth to space. She is taken in by Kim Tae Ho (Song Joong Ki), and makes a big difference in Kim Tae Ho’s life.
Finally, in “The Glory”, she played Ha Ye Sol, the biological daughter of Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon) and Jeon Jae Joon (Park Sung Hoon), but is raised as the daughter of Ha Do Young (Jung Sung Il).
Ha Ye Sol is a student at the elementary school where Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) works, and thus becomes Park Yeon Jin’s only “weakness”.
