Actress Ahn So Yo continues her moves from the big screen to the small screen.
Ahn So Yo, who imprinted her strong presence as Kyung Ran in Netflix’s popular series “The Glory“, already raises expectations about what kind of acting potential she will show this time.
Ahn So Yo takes on the role of Jang Soo Jin, an assistant inspector at the Namchon Police Substation, in Genie TV’s original series “Not Others”. She is playing an active role as a scene stealer.
Besides, Ahn So Yo heralded a different side of her through the movie “Greenhouse”.
“Greenhouse” centers around Mun Jung (Kim Seo Hyung), who lives in a greenhouse and works as a caregiver. She takes care of elderly Hwa Ok (Won Mi Won), who has Alzheimer’s disease. One day, when Mun Jung is giving Hwa Ok a bath, an accident happens and this leads to Hwa Ok’s death. Mun Jung is shocked and, as she is about to call the hospital, she receives a phone call. That changes everything.
Ahn So Yo will play the role of Soon Nam, who longs for Mun Jung, whom she met at a self-injury treatment meeting. She will reveal a twofold aspect from innocence to explosive emotions.
Meanwhile, “Not Others” starring Ahn So Yo is released every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile and ENA. The movie “Greenhouse” will be released today (July 26th).
