“The Glory” actress Lim Ji Yeon is working on two new dramas, one of which is Kim Tae Hee’s return work

Lim Ji Yeon, who received favorable reviews for her performance as Park Yeon Jin in “The Glory”, is preparing for two acting projects.

SBS’s “National Death Penalty Vote”, starring Lim Ji Yeon, is scheduled to unveil in May. It tells the story of the whole nation executing the sentence against criminals who have sneaked out of the blind spot of the law according to the results of a vote. Lim Ji Yeon, Park Sung Woong, and Park Hae Jin lead the drama.

Park Ji Yeon will appear as Joo Hyun, a fifth-year lieutenant of the Cyber Security Bureau of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. Park Sung Woong plays criminal Kwon Seok Joo, a legal expert who turned himself in after killing his 8-year-old daughter. In addition, Park Hae Jin takes on the role of Kim Moo Chan, the leader of the Southern Police Agency’s investigation unit.

Apart from “National Death Penalty Vote”, Lim Ji Yeon is also filming Kim Tae Hee’s comeback work “A House With A Yard”. This drama is about a woman who lives a happy life in a perfect house that others envy then her life changes with one doubt and a woman who struggles to escape her unhappy life.

Kim Tae Hee will act as Joo Ran, who is living a perfect life but begins to suspect her husband when their new house has the smell of corpses. Lim Ji Yeon will transform into Sang Eun, who appears in front of Joo Ran and confuses her.

Meanwhile, Lim Ji Yeon was praised for perfectly portraying Park Yeon Jin, who bullied Moon Dong Eun (Jung Ji So/ Song Hye Kyo) in high school, in Netflix’s original series “The Glory” released on December 30th, 2022.

Park Yeon Jin works as a weathercaster after becoming an adult and seems to be living a happy life after marrying the CEO of a construction company and giving birth to a daughter. However, she faces a crisis when Moon Dong Eun, whom she bullied in the past, returns to take revenge.
