HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk and the celebrity couple Taeyang & Min Hyo-rin have their residence in Hannam-dong recognized as the most expensive house in Seoul

On the Dec 1st broadcast of TV Chosun’s “All the Houses in the World”, the discussion focused on the TOP 3 house prices globally.

Due to the recent rise in prices, Seoul was identified as the second most challenging city to live in after New York. The average transaction price for an apartment in Seoul in 2023 is 1.05393 billion won, with an average price per square meter at about 45 million won. Boom commented, “I heard that Seoul is considered the second most challenging city to live in after New York.“
